I is for Independent

Sleep isn’t just a biological need—it’s a learned skill.

We help your baby:

  • Settle to sleep without needing to be rocked or fed every time

  • Learn to connect sleep cycles on their own

  • Practice falling asleep drowsy but awake

You don’t need to do “cry it out” to support independent sleep.
